Adoptable terms of use:

▪ By purchasing my designs you are agreeing to all my rules down below:

✿ All payments in EURO.
✿ I may accept usd in some cases.
✿ Payment method is BANK transfer, only at the moment.
✿ Payment is only done through my bank request link, sent to the buyer.
✿ I accept payment plans for payments that are +150€. (Discussable)
✿ I don't give refunds. So, you must be 100% sure of your purchase.
✿ I only send the design files when payment is fully recieved. (upfront)
✿ Buyer/winner bidder have to respond within 24/48 hours. If not, the bid will be cancelled.
✿ No response causes ban and username will be added to my BLACK LIST.
✿ Payment must be sent within 24/48 hours.unless it's a hold. If not, username/email will be banned & added to blacklist.
✿ I accept holds (discussable).
✿ You only buy commercial /Vtuber use rights of the designs or artworks done by me directly from me (Akipatatas), received ONLY through my email (Akipatatas@gmail.com). Or transferred on toyhouse.
✿ Gifted and traded designs can NOT be sold/resold.
✿ You have to contact me if you ever want to resell a design bought from me and made by me (Akipatatas).
✿ when you resell an adoptable/a design you bought from me, you do not have the right to resell for more then what you bought, and if you paid for the commercial use you only resell for the NO commercial use price. (which means that commercial use can only be bought from me the creator ) .
✿ You have to mention clearly the price of no commercial use of the adoptable you bought from me when reselling and mention the artist -(me: Akipatats)- to the new owner.
✿ You are NOT ALLOWED to claim as yours/trace/copy/Edit my
✿ You are NOT ALLOWED to remove my watermark/logo.
✿ You have to credit me.

▪ What you receive when you buy adoptable made by me:

✿ You will receive a *PNG file with a watermark on,in the case of personal use.
✿ You will receive a *PNG file with a watermark on, & another with no watermark. In the case of commercial use.
✿ Files must be sent and received via e-mail, or through my site.
