Regular commission terms of service

▪ By commissioning me you are agreeing to all my rules down below:

✿ All payments in EURO
✿ Payment method is BANK only.
✿ I accept payment plans for payments +150€. (check my payment plans rules)
✿ I only start working when full payment is recieved. (upfront)
✿ I don't give refunds when commission is started and afterward.
✿ I accept holds only for my friends.
✿ All prices are given for personal use. UNLESS it's stated as vtuber/commercial use.
✿ I have full rights to my artworks. 
✿ The commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to commercially use without permission (which requires more fees).
✿ The commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to edit/modify, copy, heavily reference, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising
✿ You can not use the artwork for commercial works unless you pay the commercial fees and receive an email from Akipatas@gmail.com with rights of using. Or through my site.
✿ You only buy commercial use rights of the artworks done by me directly from me (Akipatatas), received ONLY through my email (Akipatatas@gmail.com), or through my site.
✿ Non-commercial use will be sent with watermark on it and the buyer doesn't have the right to remove it.
✿ Commercial use files will be sent with and without watermark.
✿ You are NOT ALLOWED to claim as yours/trace/copy/Edit my works.
✿ Consider crediting me for the art plz.

▪ What do you receive when you commission me:

✿ You will receive at least two wips: sketch wip, colored wip.
✿ You have the right of one review. More reviews require +extra fees.
✿ you can ask for more wips.
✿ you have the right to point out mistakes I make not similar to your refs but you don't have the right to ask for custom changes (things which do not exist in your refs). Any changes requires +extra fees.
✿ You will receive a *PNG file with a watermark on it for personal use only order.
✿ You will receive a *PNG file with background without watermark in the case of commercial use order. Along with the watermarked version.
✿ You will receive a *PNG file without background without watermark in the case of commercial use order. Along with the watermarked version.
✿ Files must be sent via e-mail. Or through my site.

▪ I can't draw:

x Real life people/ old people.
x Characters from text instead of a reference. (go to custom TOS instead plz)
x Mecha/Armors/guns etc.
x Animals/furry.
x NSFW (lewd/ecchi/hentai, yaoi, yuri, violence, gore.. anything related).
